GRAHAM CENTRAL PROPERTIES is a boutique real estate agency of select realtors. We are a small group with advanced experience and high integrity. Our business is solidly based on relationships and reputation. Almost all of our clients are referred to us by former clients or they are repeat clients. We are most proud of that!
Unlike the current trend in real estate to assign a "team" to the client, we at Graham Central Properties are individually willing and capable of handling the entire process from beginning to end. We are accessible and accountable to our client as well as to the outside brokerage company. One hand knows what the other hand is doing from our end of a transaction, with no excuses or miscommunication between "team" links. This does not follow the model of volume based organizations, which is just one aspect that defines us as boutique.

KYLE GRAHAM
Since graduating from the University of Texas 30 years ago with a degree in Advertising & Marketing, Kyle has been involved in the real estate business, including residential, commercial and farm & ranch sales. Kyle taught Real Estate classes for more than 10 years and was also certified as a teacher trainer through the school.
Kyle is a 7th generation Texan who enjoys working on his ranch in his free time.

CINDY SATEL
Cindy graduated from the University of Texas, with a business degree and went on to become an attorney and a realtor. For over 11 years, Cindy has been helping home buyers and sellers achieve their goals with excellent customer service and attention to details. She loves working with people and the public to solve problems and/or just lend a helping hand.

JENNIE ROZAS
Moving to Austin in 1976, Jennie was a practicing midwife for many years before transitioning to a successful real estate career in 1999. Her compassionate heart and listening skills along with her negotiation abilities and many years of experience and continued education in real estate have afforded Jennie many long-lasting friendships which started professionally. Most of her business is with repeat customers and their referrals.

Jennie's passions include live music, her 3 dogs and travel. She has served on the board of several medical non-profits, Austin Smiles, Mother's Milk Bank and was past president of Children's Hospital Auxiliary. Additionally Jennie has supported live music at The Paramount Theater and Friends of Austin City Limits.

SHANNON SMITH
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Shannon is a former elementary school teacher. In the late 1990's, she became a successful realtor in Houston where her acquired skills as an educator served her well. Patience, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail carried seamlessly into her real estate business.

This Texas native loves exploring the newest Austin restaurants, working out at the gym, volunteering for several charitable organizations, and spending time with her husband, Lamar and her 15 year old daughter, Hailey.

EDITH GRAY
Edith's passion for economic development introduced her to her true interest-real estate. After years of personal investing, Edith decided to get her license to share her enthusiasm with others. With over 25 years in Austin, Edith has seen this city and surrounding areas grow and flourish.

Originally from Monterrey Mexico, Edith has two golden retrievers, travels extensively, and loves supporting Austin nonprofits, specifically, Child Inc Head Start.

MARC MOORE
Growing up in the Southwest part of Houston Texas (in the Meyerland~Bellaire~Westbury~Sharpstown areas) Marc's father was a prominent Ophthalmologist in the Houston Medical Center. He naturally became a part of the optical industry, working as an apprentice Optician just out of High School, and eventually buying the Optical Company from his mentor in 1982. “Moore Vision” opened doors until the 1986 “Oil Crisis” that led him to close shop and move to Austin. Since then he has worked as an Appraiser, held a Home Inspector license, worked extensively as a Flood Hazard Determination Compliance Manager, currently a Texas Licensed Loan Officer and ultimately now a Real Estate Agent holding RE Licenses in 5 States total.
